Overview:
The JGC weighing belt feeder (coal feeder) is an integrated feeding and metering device that combines a belt feeder, electronic belt scale, and frequency conversion electric control system. It is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, power generation, coking, chemicals, building materials, and ports. As the main coal feeding equipment in the pulverizing system of thermal power plants, it not only ensures uniform and continuous coal transportation in a fully enclosed state but also enables separate furnace coal measurement, making it an ideal device for achieving direct balance calculation of coal consumption.
The JGC weighing belt feeder is also suitable for the continuous transportation and metering of bulk materials in other industrial sites. It can achieve open-loop or closed-loop flow control and regional network management within the plant based on user requirements.

Working Principle:
The coal feeder uses a belt to drive the raw coal. When the raw coal is pulled out from the coal bunker by the belt, it moves forward steadily under the friction between its own weight and the belt, achieving continuous and uniform coal feeding.
When material passes through, the force transmission mechanism acts on the weighing sensor, generating a voltage signal proportional to the belt load, which is sent to the integrator. The speed sensor connected to the drum provides a series of pulses, with each pulse representing a unit of belt movement. The pulse frequency is proportional to the belt speed. After receiving signals from both the weighing sensor and the speed sensor, the weight display instrument processes them through amplification, shaping, A/D conversion, and integration, displaying the cumulative and instantaneous amounts of transported raw coal on the instrument's screen.
